Terms of service

Terms of Service
Effective October 2026

1. Who we are
The official Daddy Yankee store at store.daddyyankee.com (the "Store") is run by Grim House LLC, a California company ("Grim House," "we," "us"). These Terms set out the rules for browsing the Store and buying from it. Placing an order or using the Store means you accept these Terms, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store. The Store runs on Shopify, which processes our orders and payments.

2. Using the Store
To place an order, you must be an adult where you live. If you're under that age, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and supervise your purchase. You agree to use the Store only for lawful, personal shopping. We may decline service, close an account or cancel an order at our discretion, especially where we see fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms. Payment card details are encrypted when sent. Other information you send may cross networks unencrypted.

3. Daddy Yankee name, logos and artwork
Everything on the Store belongs to Grim House, Daddy Yankee or our licensors, and is protected by trademark, copyright and publicity laws. That includes:

  • the Daddy Yankee name, image and likeness, and the DY logo
  • album titles and cover art
  • product designs, photos, video and text

Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to copy, print, resell as new designs or otherwise reuse any of this material. Please don't copy, scrape or republish Store content without our written permission.

4. Products, drops and availability
Many items are limited-edition drops and may sell out quickly or never be restocked. We try hard to show colors and details accurately, but screens differ. Garments that are washed, dyed or printed can vary a little from piece to piece. Those small differences are part of the product and are not defects. We can change, discontinue or limit any product at any time, and choose not to sell to certain locations.

5. Orders, purchase limits and resellers
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once it ships, not when you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel or reduce any order in these cases:

  • Limits: the order goes over a per-customer limit, including orders linked by the same account, card, email or address.
  • Resellers and bots: it looks to us like it was placed by a reseller, a bot, a script or other automated tool.
  • Problems: the item is out of stock, payment can't be verified, or the order shows signs of fraud.

If we cancel all or part of a paid order, we'll refund the canceled amount to your original payment method. Please keep your contact, shipping and payment details accurate so we can process and deliver your order.

6. Prices and mistakes
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise, and they can change without notice. Taxes, duties and shipping are calculated at checkout. Sometimes the Store may contain a typo or error in a price, description, image, shipping cost or availability. We may fix it and cancel any affected order, even after you've placed it. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund anything you paid for the canceled items.

7. Returns and shipping
Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Refund Policy. Delivery times, international shipping, and duties and taxes follow our Shipping Policy. Both are linked at the bottom of every page.

8. Store information and changes
We work to keep the Store current, but information may sometimes be incomplete or out of date. You should not rely on it as error-free. We may update, pause or remove any part of the Store at any time without notice. We aren't liable to you if we do.

9. Other websites and tools
The Store links to services we don't control, such as streaming platforms, social media and payment providers like Shop Pay and PayPal. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.

10. Your personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

11. Things you can't do
When using the Store, you agree not to do any of the following:

  • break the law or help anyone else do so
  • infringe our rights or anyone else's
  • use bots or scripts, or get around purchase limits, queues or security measures
  • scrape, crawl or copy the Store, or collect other users' information
  • upload viruses or anything else meant to interfere with the Store
  • harass, threaten, impersonate or mislead anyone
  • give false information or use payment methods you aren't authorized to use

If you do, we may block your access and cancel your orders.

12. No guarantees, and limits on our responsibility
We provide the Store and its products "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those required by law, express or implied. That includes no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't promise the Store will always be available, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the following are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Store or any product:

  • Grim House LLC
  • Daddy Yankee
  • their affiliates, licensors, partners, employees, contractors and service providers

In any case, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

13. If a claim arises because of you
Sometimes a third party makes a claim against Grim House, Daddy Yankee or their affiliates, licensors, partners and team because you broke these Terms or the law. In that case, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees.

14. The legal basics

  • Governing law: California law governs these Terms, along with applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute will be handled only in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
  • Ending these Terms: you can stop using the Store at any time. We can suspend or end your access if we believe you've broken these Terms. Anything you owe us, and sections 3, 12, 13 and 14, survive.
  • If part is invalid: if any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Whole agreement: these Terms and the policies they mention are the full agreement between you and us about the Store. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't waived it.
  • Updates: we may revise these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply from the date posted. If you keep using the Store after that, you accept them.
